Excellent location, modern and chic room decor. Comfy bed and in-room Nespresso machine. The Luxury Loft Room was exceptional with unique features. Quirky style and helpful staff. Good flat screen TV and free internet access. Reduced price parking nearby and a lively "secret garden" hub. Fabulous and spacious apartment, ideal for families. High-quality dinner and plenty of breakfast choices. A five-minute walk to a different hotel. Amazing stay for couples.

The hotel's location in the heart of the city was perfect, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and the Roman Gardens. The highlight of our stay was the fantastic outdoor garden area, which had a unique and stylish design. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and the rooms were clean and modern.

Some guests reportedly experienced noise issues due to the proximity of the outdoor bar and garden to the bedrooms.

It's lively place to stay 2 km away from Chester Racecourse. Late check out. A nice stay.

Our stay here was very enjoyable, good choice for exploring Chester. Everyone was active and efficient. The hotel had a central location and it was within walking distance of Art.

The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast-to-go service is a nice bonus. The hotel is also near great bars and restaurants, making it the place to be for a fun night out. Plus, the hotel is conveniently situated on the park, providing a peaceful atmosphere.

One minor downside is that the pricing of drinks and food in the bar could be a bit cheaper.

We liked this place, it has very good staff and location. The room was impressive with shower in and had a laptop-size safe, central heating and an iron.

The property is clean with a modern design, and the full English breakfast is delicious. We usually stay here for a weekend and the room is always tasteful and gorgeous. There's good outdoor bar with warm beverages.

I had a very lovely experience here, everything was perfect, the location was perfect next to centre and Chester and shops and bars. Employees were highly professional and kept it all clean. There was natural lighting, I loved it.

Attic room was lovely, quirky, clean and tidy. Super king bed was very comfortable. Excellent location, easy to find. Highly recommended. Good design, special building, attention to detail, rain shower, normal kettle.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel for my birthday celebration. the room with the circle bed was unique and comfortable. the breakfast options were extensive and delicious, with a full menu to choose from. the hotel was quiet and peaceful during our stay, and we didn't hear any noise from other guests.

One downside was the lack of a disability ramp at the entrance, which made it difficult to carry heavy luggage up the stairs. the window in our room only opened a small way, so it felt stuffy at times.
